Sleeping Routine

Today we had to answer questions about our sleeping routine. Here it is hope you like this.

How much sleep does a teenager need to get? Teenager's need 8 to 10 hour of sleep.
 
What time do you wake up to get to school? i wake up around 7 o'clock What time do you go to sleep on average? I normally get to sleep around 10 o'clock.  Calculate the times, does this give you enough sleep? I get an average of  9 hours of sleep which gives me a healthy way of sleeping.


Quality of Sleep: List four ways you can help your body get a quality night’s sleep (Most of this happens before bedtime!) To have a better sleep routine you could have a routine before bed like have a shower then brush your teeth then head off for bed. You could read a book before going to sleep. You can use technology an hour before bed. Or you could try dimming the lights earlier. 


In your own words, why do you think it is important to get a good sleep each night? If you don't get sleep then you won't have enough energy to do anything the next day or not have enough energy to do any school work  

How do you think this will help you at school?  If you don't get any sleep then you won't do good with your school work.
