healthy food plan

today we learnt how to have a healthy food plan this is my healthy food plan. i found having the right amount of stuff that i need to put in. Because it was hard trying to fit everything on there.
Vegetables + Fruit
Grain foods
Milk/Milk products
Legumes/Nuts/Seeds/Fish/Seafood/Eggs/Poultry/Meat etc

Breakfast

2 Weet bix with fruit and milk

Lunch

Bacon and hash browns  peas and corn

Snack

2 min noodles and one medium apple and one pottle of  yogurt

Dinner

Chicken mixed veggies and mashed potato 

Water

How many servings per day? 8 cups

How do you think you could fit these in besides just at meal times? 

  •   When you play sports  

  •   After a run

  • And a glass after every meal
